Travel
Sharjah International Airport is a short drive from the conference venue at the University of Sharjah (UOS), taking approximately seven minutes by taxi. UOS is about 20 minutes from downtown Sharjah. If you are traveling through Dubai International Airport (DXB), it will take approximately 25 minutes to get to the UOS campus and downtown Sharjah, assuming normal traffic conditions. Abu Dhabi International Airport is a two-hour drive from Sharjah.
Visa and Hotels
Before you travel to the UAE, please check your visa requirements, and make sure you have a valid visa if needed.
Conference participants should arrange their own hotel accommodation. Depending on the number of participants staying in a hotel, daily transportation between the hotel and conference venue may be arranged.

Check-in / check-out time
Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 pm and the check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in from 9:00 am onwards can be provided but is subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00 am should be booked from the previous day.
- until 18:00 pm shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate.
- after 18:00 pm shall be subject to a one-night room rate.
Guest check-in requirements by country law
Kindly note that all guests will be asked for a Passport or an Original Emirates ID upon check-in, the hotel is not allowed by law to check anyone into the hotel without a Passport or an Original Emirates ID.
