The UAE Graduate Students Research Conference (UAEGSRC) is a vibrant, multidisciplinary event that fosters academic exchange among graduate students from universities across the UAE and their international partners. Its primary aim is to offer a platform for students to present their research, receive scholarly feedback and build professional networks. Additionally, the conference enables students to showcase their innovative work to industry and government sectors, receiving practical insights to enhance their research. It also provides prospective students with a chance to explore research opportunities at participating institutions.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit short papers, up to two pages in length and formatted in a double-column layout, detailing their research and results through the GSRC's online submission system.
