The Fourth Arab Conference on Intellectual Property

Overview

As the world undergoes rapid digital transformation, intellectual property (IP) has become both a critical asset and a complex challenge for researchers, innovators, and policymakers. The Fourth Arab Conference on Intellectual Property, held under the theme “Protecting Intellectual Property Rights in the Era of Digital Technologies,” serves as a leading platform that brings together a distinguished group of experts, researchers, and academics to explore the evolving legal and technological landscape of IP in the digital age.
The conference aims to shed light on legal adaptation mechanisms in response to emerging digital innovations such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and digital platforms. It will also address the increasing challenges related to IP rights violations in cyberspace and propose innovative legislative and technological solutions.
This event presents a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and strengthen collaboration among academic institutions, IP offices, legal bodies, and the private sector, fostering a sustainable knowledge-based environment that both respects rights and stimulates innovation.
