As Professor of Medicine, He served as Director of the Meakins-Christie Laboratories of McGill University before joining University of Sharjah in 2016. Notably, during his tenure, he presided over 15 international workshops on Asthma and COPD organized by the Meakins-Christie Laboratories ,currently serving as Professor of Medicine, Vice Chancellor for Medical & Health Sciences Colleges, and Dean of the College of Medicine at the University of Sharjah, his influence continues to inspire and guide the next generation of respiratory specialists.
